Requests for information are requests for existing documented information from the Estonian Academy of Arts (numbered document or excerpt). Requests for information will be answered within 5 workdays.

If you are asking for an assessment or advice, directing attention to a shortcoming or wish to have something done, then these are not considered to be requests for information. In these cases, answers will be provided within 30 days.
