Kristin Reiman “Marble Balance” at EKA Gallery 06.05.–26.05.2016

“Marble Balance” is an installation enveloping the whole gallery space and exploring the theme of false perception through material. Historically marble has been a precious and dignified material, which is the reason imitations of marble have become so popular. The artist creates a distinctive environment, where the viewer’s expectations and assumptions about the material are brought into question.
