The ADAPT-r project is funded as part of the European Union’s 7th Framework Programme. The project is used to support practice-based research, organize international Practice Research Symposiums, exhibitions, seminars and much more. ADAPT-r puts out publications and compiles guidelines primarily for conducting practice-based research in the field of architecture and urban design.
The partners are RMIT University’s School of Architecture and Design in Australia, RMIT’s main European partner Sint-Lucas School of Architecture in Belgium, (KU Leuven Faculty of Architecture since merging with the University of Leuven), and the University of Westminster in London, Glasgow School of Arts (GS) Mackintosh School of Architecture, Aarhus School of Architecture, the University of Ljubljana and the Estonian Academy of Arts Faculty of Architecture.
