Kertu-Liisa Sarap at the exhibition “Belong” in Dublin

The European Parliament Liaison Office in Ireland is very proud to present Belong, an exhibition celebrating the 20th anniversary of the 2004 EU enlargement. Belong will be shown in the new Europa Gallery in Dublin, and has been created by students, past and present, of the National College of Art & Design School of Fine Art and School of Visual Culture, from countries that joined the EU since 2004. Kertu-Liisa Sarap, a 3rd year painting student at the Estonian Academy of Arts, will also participate in the exhibition. Curated by Taffina Flood, an artist and educator from the NCAD Fine Art School, the work includes sculpture, painting, printmaking, and sound by eight artists. Devised for the Europa Gallery, the exhibition developed collaboratively over several months with different communities all reflecting on the idea and concept of belonging.
