Sean Yendrys is an independent graphic designer based in Berlin, collaborating with artists, architects and institutions on a range of projects. He is the program director and facilitator of A School, A Park, an independent design summer program in Montreal, Canada.
Yendrys has taught at institutions including Parsons The New School, Vermont College of Fine Arts, Bergen Academy of Art and Design, and Estonian Academy of Arts; and been an invited lecturer and critic to Pratt Institute, PennDesign, School of Visual Arts, BHSAD Moscow, and Willem de Kooning Academie. Most recently he contributed a text to Extra-curricular (ed. Jacob Lindgren), a reader on alternative forms of graphic design education, published by Onomatopee.
His design practice has included work with the Canadian Centre for Architecture, Harvard Graduate School of Design, Verso Books, Hopscotch Reading Room, The School for Temporary Liveness, Bard Center for Curatorial Studies, Movement Research Performance Journal, and Tanzkongress 2019. Yendrys received his BFA from Concordia University and an MFA from Yale School of Art.
