The Estonian Academy of Arts and the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre share a dormitory located at Kuhlbarsi 1 in the center of Tallinn.

The dormitory building was completely renovated in 2011. It is managed by OÜ Muusa Majutus, established by EMTA and EKA.

Priority for dormitory applications is given to students of EKA and EMTA, but students from other universities can also apply.

Note: If you are planning to enroll at EKA but have not yet received an acceptance letter, you can still submit an application. Your application will be prioritized over those from other universities!

From the 2021/22 academic year, the dormitory has added comfortable common areas where residents can meet and spend time together. The dormitory is undoubtedly the most affordable accommodation in the center of Tallinn.
