Eesti Arhitektide Liidu liige, kutsekvalifikatsioon volitatud arh 7. Lõpetanud Eesti Kunstiakadeemia arhitektuuri ja linnaplaneerimise eriala 2000. aastal ning Berlage Instituudi, Hollandis 2006. aastal.
Õpetanud Kunstiakadeemia arhitektuuriteaduskonnas baka- ja magistritasemel, olnud Kultuurkapitali nõukogu ja arhitektuuri sihtkapitali liige, töötanud mitmetes arhitektuuribüroodes ning võitnud auhindu paljudelt arhitektuurivõistlustelt. Hetkel Eesti Arhitektide Liidu asepresident.
Viimase aja olulisemad tulemused on võistlustelt tulnud Vilniuse moodsa kunsti muuseumi võistlusel II.vooru valimine koos ÖÖÖÖ arhitektidega ning võit Skanska kesklinna kortermaja kutsutud võistlusel koos A11 arhitektidega.
Avaldanud artikleid arhitektuurieriala ajakirjades, olnud toimetaja, esinenud loengutel ning korraldanud arhitektuurivõistlusi, olles ka ise paljudes žüriides. Kõige selle käigus on tal kapi otsa kogunenud 2 Kultuurkapitali arhitektuuri aastapreemiat.

Kalle Komissarov (1976) is a freelance Chartered Architect and a member of the Estonian Association of Architects. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Estonian Academy of Arts in 2000 and the Berlage Institute in the Netherlands in 2006.
Kalle has taught both BA and MA students at the Estonian Academy of Arts, been a member of the supervisory board and the endowment of architecture of the Cultural Endowment of Estonia, worked in various architectural companies and won several awards in architectural competitions. At present he is the Vice-President of the Estonian Association of Architects.
His latest notable achievements include a shortlisting in the architectural competition for the Modern and Contemporary Art Centre in Vilnius with ÖÖ-ÖÖ architects and the victory of the invited architectural competition for a city centre residential building by Skanska with Arhitekt11.
Kalle has written articles for various architectural journals, worked as an editor, given lectures and organised architectural competitions, often participating also in the jury. In the course of all that, he has collected two Annual Architectural Awards of the Estonian Cultural Endowment to crown his mantelpiece.
