FOREVER DIED WITH YESTERDAY
Raja Gallery
18.05 – 04.06.17
Installation and media artist Serge Ecker (Luxembourg) is interested in co-existing realities, landscapes of the virtual world and the translations of the organic spaces.
FOREVER DIED WITH YESTERDAY brings together a collection of the transfers of objects and images, created in different media. Printing, the observable travelling of the information, brings us the softness of the transformations, the magic reality of the imaginable.

« We experience history […].
We see the devastated human environment, half empty factories,
Machines falling apart, half empty stores […].
What we experience at this moment, the psychoanalytic term for this might have been inertia of the real. This mute presence, beyond meaning […].
Maybe without this properly artistic moment of authentic passivity nothing new can emerge » .
Slavoj Zizek from the The Pervert’s Guide to Ideology – Consumerism and Waste.
